The Shaggs. The name alone should have yearing strange random percussion, entirely incoherent guitar playing and the singing. Oh god... That singing... I've heard plenty of cases where individual musicians don't seem to know what the others are playing. The Shaggs take this to a whole new level. The musicians don't seem to be aware that a song is actually being played. Not even while they are playing it.

These are truly unique voices. Even compared to other outsider musicians, these are unique voices. Well worth a listen.
